Delete your Supligo account
You can do it yourself, at any time.
If you work in Supligo — a supplier or its team
- On the web: sign in and open Delete my account — it is also under your name, top right.
- On the phone: Menu → Delete account.
- Enter your password again, and confirm.
Your sign-in, your devices and your sessions are deleted at once. What you did in your company — the orders you took, the deliveries you recorded — stays with the company, without your name.
If you are the only owner of a company, you choose to close it as well: its subscription ends with no further charge, its data can be exported for 30 days, and then it is deleted, except what the law requires us to keep.
If you order from a supplier on Supligo
Write to privacy@supligo.com from the email address you sign in with. We delete your sign-in within 30 days and tell you when it is done. The supplier keeps its own record of you as its customer — ask them about it.
