• Business address and delivery addresses
• Payment information (processed securely through Stripe; we do not store full card numbers)
• Product listings and descriptions (Sellers)
• Order history and preferences
• Support communications and feedback
• Profile photos and business logos

Information Collected Automatically:

• Device information (model, operating system, unique identifiers)
• App usage data (screens visited, features used)
• Location data (when location services are enabled)
• Push notification tokens
• Crash reports and performance data

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your account
• Process and fulfill orders
• Facilitate payments between Buyers and Sellers
• Communicate about orders, updates, and promotions
• Provide customer support
• Improve and optimize the Service
• Send transactional emails (order confirmations, delivery updates, receipts)
• Detect and prevent fraud
• Comply with legal obligations

With Other Users: Buyers can see Seller business names and ratings. Sellers can see Buyer names and delivery addresses. Drivers can see delivery details for active deliveries.

With Service Providers: Stripe (payment processing), Firebase/Google Cloud (hosting, data storage), Resend (transactional emails), Apple Push Notification Service.

For Legal Purposes: To comply with legal obligations, protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger or acquisition.

We DO NOT: Sell your personal information to third parties, share your information for third-party advertising, or use your data for purposes unrelated to the Service.

Your data is stored on secure servers provided by Google Cloud Platform (Firebase) in North America. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), encryption at rest, access controls, and secure payment processing through PCI-DSS compliant Stripe.

While we strive to protect your information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. After deletion, we retain certain data for up to 7 years for legal, tax, and audit purposes. Order and transaction records are retained as required by Canadian tax law (generally 6 years).

Under PIPEDA and applicable law, you have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of your personal information
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate information
• Deletion: Request deletion, subject to legal retention requirements
• Withdrawal of Consent: Withdraw consent for certain data processing
• Data Portability: Request your data in a portable format

We collect location data only when you enable location services, used for delivery route optimization, distance-based supplier sorting, and navigation assistance. You can disable location services through your device settings at any time.

We may send push notifications for order updates, delivery status, and promotional messages. You can opt out through your device settings at any time.

The Service is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or via email. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.

If you are not satisfied with our response to your privacy concern, you may file a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at www.priv.gc.ca.
