Beverages
Beverage distribution software for soft drink, water and juice wholesalers
Cafés, corner stores and restaurants order the same cases every week — and run short on the hottest day. Supligo gives them your ordering page, and gives your team one list to pick, load and deliver.
Built around a beverage distributor’s week
Heavy cases, planned before the truck is loaded
Customers order by your cut-off for their delivery day. Your team sees the cases to pick, added up by product across every order, and each truck’s load before it leaves — so the busiest day of the week is planned, not guessed.

What you get
Cases, packs and singles
Each product in its own unit and pack size — a case of 24, a pack of 12, a single bottle.
Soft drinks taxed apart
Soft drinks have their own tax class, apart from basic food and packaging, so an order that mixes juice, pop and cups is taxed line by line.
The usual order, one tap
Most stores reorder the same cases every week. Their usual order is ready to send, then adjusted.
Out of a flavour
Mark a product limited or not available. Offer a substitute and the customer says yes or no — nothing is swapped without their yes.
Minimums that pay for the stop
A minimum order and a free-delivery threshold for each customer, so a small order still pays for the truck.
Delivered and recorded
Drivers see their stops on their phone and record each delivery, with a photo of anything refused — a crushed case, a short count.
Common questions
Can I charge bottle deposits?
Not today. Supligo does not add container deposits to an order or keep count of returned empties and crates.
Can I sell beer, wine or spirits?
Supligo is not built for alcohol today: it does not check a buyer’s liquor licence, which selling alcohol wholesale usually requires.
Do my customers need an app?
No. They order from your page in any browser, on a phone or a computer, with an email address and the invitation you send them.
