Dairy and eggs

Ordering and delivery software for dairy and egg wholesalers

Milk, cream and eggs go out every day, and every one of them has to stay cold. Supligo takes the orders, tells your team what to pick, and keeps cold orders on cold vans.

Built around a dairy wholesaler’s day

Daily orders, kept cold

Cafés and kitchens order for tomorrow by your cut-off. Your team picks by product across every order, and cold orders go on chilled vans — flagged before loading when none is free.

  • Cold orders flagged when no chilled van is free
  • Every van marked ambient, chilled or frozen
  • What to pick, added up by product across every order

What you get

  • Chilled vans

Each van is marked ambient, chilled or frozen, and a cold order is flagged when no cold van is free — before anything is loaded.

  • Dozens, flats and cases

Each product in its own unit and pack size — a dozen, a 15-dozen case, a gallon, a tub.

  • The daily order, one tap

Most kitchens order the same things every day. Their usual order is ready to send, then adjusted.

  • Prices that move

Egg prices change by the week. Edit a price, or re-import your price list from a spreadsheet, and the next order uses it.

  • Short on cream

Mark a product limited or not available. Offer a substitute and the customer says yes or no — nothing is swapped without their yes.

  • Broken eggs, refused with a photo

Damaged, quality or short: each refused line has its reason and a photo, and the customer is charged only for what they kept.

Common questions

Does Supligo track best-before dates or lots?

Not today. Supligo records orders and deliveries, not lots, dates or temperatures.

Can customers order for the next morning?

Yes — until your cut-off the day before delivery, at the time you choose for each customer. Your team can still add an order by hand.

Can I sell cheese by weight?

Yes. Sell it by the piece with its usual weight: the customer sees an estimate, and the order is charged on the weight you pack.
