What changes between plans
How many of your customers can order, and how much Supligo AI reads for you each month. Everything else — staff, devices, products, vans, and our help — is the same on every plan.
A customer counts when they can order from you. Customers you have put on hold do not count, and neither does anyone on your team. Starter (£239 a month) is for up to 50 customers, Growth (£439) for up to 150, and Pro (£939) has no limit.
When you reach your plan’s limit, the next customer can be added after you move up a plan or put a customer you no longer serve on hold. Nothing you already have stops working.
A Supligo AI read is one message, screenshot, photo or PDF that Supligo AI reads into an order for you to check, a list a customer types on your ordering page, a price list or customer list it reads in, or a product it sorts into a category. Starter includes 750 a month, Growth 2,500 and Pro 6,000. Past them, typed and pasted orders are still read, by Supligo’s standard reader; photos and PDFs wait for the next month. You are never charged for more.

Questions about pricing
How does the free trial work?
You choose a plan and add a card, and the first 30 days are free. You are charged only when the trial ends, and we email you three days before it does. Cancel any time before then and you pay nothing.
Do my customers pay anything?
No. Your ordering page is free for every customer, and they never need an account with anyone but you.
Is there a setup fee or a contract?
No setup fee and no contract. Pay month to month, or yearly for two months free. Your plan renews until you cancel, and you can change plans or cancel at any time from your billing page; a yearly plan is paid up front and is not refunded part of the way through.
Do you charge per user or per order?
Neither. Add your whole team — office, warehouse, drivers — on any plan, and take as many orders as you get. We never take a commission on your sales.
Is tax included in the price?
No. Prices exclude tax; any VAT due on the subscription is added at checkout.
Which currency am I charged in?
In your own country’s: a business in the United States pays in US dollars, one in Canada in its own dollars, and one in the United Kingdom in pounds sterling — by where the business is, its own address, not by its card. Supligo is open to businesses in those three countries — in Canada, not yet to businesses based in Quebec, Saskatchewan and Manitoba.
