Common questions
Does Supligo read my vans’ temperature sensors?
No. Supligo knows which vans keep food cold and keeps frozen orders on them; it does not record temperatures or connect to sensors.
Can I track lots or best-before dates?
Not today. Supligo records orders, weights and deliveries, not lots.
Can I sell some items by the case and some by weight?
Yes. Each product has its own unit; products sold by weight are charged on the weight packed, with an estimate shown when ordered.
