Produce
Produce wholesale software for fruit and vegetable wholesalers
Restaurants order romaine by the case, onions by the bag and herbs by the bunch — late at night, for the morning van. Supligo gives them your ordering page and gives your team one list to pack and load.
Built around a produce wholesaler’s day
Orders by the evening, on the vans by dawn
Customers order for tomorrow until your cut-off the night before. In the morning your team sees every order by delivery window, picks by product across all of them, and loads each van in the order it will drive.
- A cut-off per customer, with a countdown on their ordering page
- What to pick, added up by product across every order

What you get
Cases, bags, bunches and pounds
Each product sold in its own unit and pack size — and by weight where it is weighed.
Prices that move
Update a price and every customer’s next order uses it. Re-import your price list from a spreadsheet any time; the preview shows each change.
Short this week
Mark a product limited or not available. Offer a substitute and the customer says yes or no — nothing is swapped without their yes.
The usual order
Most produce buyers order the same things every week. Their usual order is one tap, then adjusted.
Morning runs
Drivers see their stops on their phone, with key-drop notes for kitchens that are still closed.
No “is it coming?” calls
Customers are emailed when the van leaves, with an expected arrival time, and when it is delivered.
Common questions
Can I change prices every day?
Yes — edit a price, or re-import your price list from Excel or CSV and review every change before it is saved. There is no automatic market-price feed.
Do my customers see stock levels?
They see “Limited this week” or “Not available this week” when you mark a product. You can also track stock on the shelf for the products you choose.
Can a delivery to a closed kitchen be left at the door?
Yes. Key-drop instructions show on the driver’s stop, and the driver records the delivery — with a photo of anything refused — when it is left.
