What’s new in Supligo

What changed in the product, and when — written for the people who use it every day.

Latest

  1. A different discount on each product in a campaign

Tomatoes 10% off, peppers 20%: each product in a campaign now takes its own percentage. The email to your customers says “up to 20% off” and lists each line with its old and new price.

An order placed while a campaign runs keeps its price if the customer changes it later; a new order after the last day is at the normal price. A customer whose own price is lower keeps it.

  2. Email every customer, with a button to your store

Customers → Email your customers sends one email in your name to everyone who agreed to your news. It can end with an “Order here” button to your ordering page. Each email carries a link to stop them, and your address, as the law expects.

  3. The driver’s day, by delivery window

Everything on the van is listed under the window it was promised in. The window being delivered now leads — “Deliver now”, or “Running late” once it has passed — and the next one moves up when it is done.

Each stop shows the order number, the PO and what the customer wrote on the order, with Navigate, Call and Text side by side. The evening before, drivers can see tomorrow’s van.

  4. Ask Help, get an answer in seconds

Type your question in Help and Supligo answers from our help articles, naming the ones it used. If that doesn’t settle it, “Talk to a person” opens a conversation with your question already written in — nobody asks you twice.

  5. A profile for everyone, and a PIN you can change yourself

Everyone on your team has a profile: who they are, how they sign in, and how to sign out. People who sign in with a PIN can change it themselves, with the one they have now.

A shared phone or tablet can be signed out from its own team screen, and the warehouse now sees two things only: Pack and Load.

  6. Emails that look like Supligo

Every email your customers get — the order received, confirmed, changed, on its way and delivered — now arrives in one clean design, with your company’s name at the top and one clear button.
