Customer emails
Automatic order emails for your wholesale customers
Received, confirmed, on its way, delivered: every customer is told at every step, in your name, without anyone in your office writing a word. Fewer “where’s my order?” calls.
Hi Maria — your order for Thursday left our warehouse and arrives between 9 and 11 am.

Every email your customers get
Each one is sent by Supligo the moment the order reaches that step — and only when it matters to the customer.
| When it is sent | |
|---|---|
| Received | When a customer places an order on your ordering page — with the time they can still change it. |
| Confirmed | When a person on your team confirms the order. |
| Changed | When you change an order that was already confirmed: what changed, line by line. |
| Packed, with changes | Only when something differs from the order — a short line, a substitute or a weight. |
| On its way | When the truck leaves: the stop number and when to expect it. |
| Delivered | The time, who took it, anything refused, and a link to the order summary. |
| Could not deliver | When the driver could not deliver, and why. |
| Cancelled | When an order is cancelled. |
| Out today | When you are short of something they ordered. |
| Send this instead? | A substitute to approve or refuse, from the email itself. |
Sent for you, in your name
From your company, replies to you
Your customers deal with you, not with software. Each email carries your name and your contact details, and every reply reaches your inbox.
- From “Your Company via Supligo”
- A reply goes straight to your own email address
- Your phone number and address at the bottom of every email

Never a flood of emails
Confirm an order and cancel it a moment later, and the customer receives one email that says it was cancelled — not two that contradict each other.
- Each email waits a minute, so a quick change replaces it
- A shortage is sent at once — the customer may need to act
- Each person at a customer can turn order emails off
Questions about customer emails
Who receives the emails?
Each contact you have added for a customer who has an email address. Order emails are on for everyone by default, and each person can turn them off.
Do customers get the email if I enter their order by phone?
The “received” email goes for orders placed on your ordering page. Every order — however it came in — gets the emails from “confirmed” onwards.
Can Supligo send text messages or WhatsApp?
Not at launch: customer notices are sent by email. You can still send a customer their ordering-page link by WhatsApp or text from your own phone.
Is the office told too?
Yes. Your office gets an email when a customer places, changes or cancels an order on your ordering page.
