One list for the whole day
Orders move through the same few phases, so anyone in the office can tell at a glance what needs a person.
To confirm, to pick, to dispatch, on the road, done
A person on your team confirms every order before it is picked — Supligo never confirms on its own. The customer is emailed the moment you do.
- Each delivery day’s orders as they arrive
- A clean order confirmed right on its row, with a few seconds to undo
- Cancelled orders kept apart, never lost

Checked before you confirm
Anything that needs a decision is shown before the order is confirmed, so problems are caught in the office — not at the customer’s door.
- A product that is limited, paused or has no price
- An order under the customer’s minimum
- A delivery day that moved, or falls on a day you are closed
What the office can do
Phone and text orders
Pick the customer, type or paste what they said — “2 cs romaine, 10 lb onions” — and it becomes order lines at their prices. Unclear lines come with likely products for a person to choose.
It learns their words
When you correct a line, Supligo remembers what that customer means by it next time. “Double last week” works too.
Change anything until packing
Lines, delivery day, time, PO or note. The order is repriced at the customer’s prices, and a customer already told “confirmed” is emailed what changed.
Told when customers order
The office gets an email when an order is placed, changed or cancelled on your ordering page.
Regulars who haven’t ordered
Today lists customers who usually order for the next delivery and haven’t yet — with a ready message to send from your own phone or email.
Will-call and courier
Hand a packed order over without a truck, and record who collected it.
Questions about order management
Do I have to stop taking orders by phone?
No. Phone, text and email orders are typed or pasted in by your team and join the same list as storefront orders. Many distributors move their regulars online first and keep the phone for everyone else.
Can Supligo read orders from our email inbox automatically?
Not at launch. Today, an order that arrives by email or text is pasted in by a person, who checks the lines before it is saved.
Does it handle standing or recurring orders?
Not yet. Each customer’s usual order is one tap on your ordering page, and Today shows the regulars who have not ordered for the next delivery.
Can I export my orders?
Yes. Settings exports everything — products, customers, prices, orders and order lines, order summaries and your team — as spreadsheet (CSV) files in one download.
