Online ordering page

A B2B ordering portal your customers will actually use

Your restaurants, cafés and stores order from a page with your name on it — at their own prices, with their usual order one tap away, by your cut-off. No app to install, no password to forget.

How your customers order

From the invitation to the order on your screen, in four steps.

  1. You invite them

From the customer’s page in Supligo: an email invitation, or a link you send by WhatsApp or text yourself.

    supligo.com/s/northfield
  2. They sign in with a code

A six-digit code to their email, or a one-tap link. No password, nothing to install.

  3. They order

Their usual order in one tap, or search and browse your aisles. They pick the day and the time.

  4. You confirm

The order lands with every other order for that day. A person on your team confirms it, and the customer is emailed.

Built for how wholesale customers order

Their prices, and only theirs

Each customer signs in to their own account on your page, so a chef sees the prices you agreed with them — not a public catalog.

  • A price per product for any customer — or their percentage off your list price
  • “Your price” shown with your list price struck through
  • No customer ever sees another customer’s prices

The total they will pay, before they send it

No surprises when the order summary arrives: the customer sees the same total you do, with the tax and the estimated weights in it.

  • Subtotal, delivery fee and sales tax, worked out for their delivery address
  • Items sold by weight shown with “~” and charged on what they weigh
  • Their PO number and a note to you on every order

Everything on the ordering page

  • Their usual order

Learned from what each customer actually orders, and ready to send in one tap — then adjusted line by line.

  • Cut-off times and delivery days

Customers see your delivery days for their address and a countdown to the cut-off. Your closed days are never offered.

  • Delivery time slots

The windows you deliver in. A customer’s usual one is chosen for them; several delivery addresses each keep their own.

  • Minimums and delivery fees

A minimum order, a delivery fee and a free-delivery threshold — your defaults, changed customer by customer.

  • Search and aisles

Your catalog in categories with photos. Products running short show “Limited this week”.

  • Changes until the cut-off

A customer can change or cancel until the cut-off and before you start packing. A change comes back to you to confirm.

  • “What do you need?”

Customers can type a list in their own words; it is matched to your products for them to check before sending.

  • Short on something?

Offer a substitute and the customer answers yes or no from an email or the page. Nothing is swapped without their yes.

  • Their orders, in one place

Open and past orders — the ones they placed and the ones your team entered by phone — with each order’s progress.

Good to know

Is my catalog public?

No. Your ordering page is by invitation only. Someone who is not signed in sees your company’s name and a sign-in — never your products or prices.

Can several people at one restaurant order?

Yes. You invite each person who orders for a customer — the chef, the owner, the manager — and each signs in with their own email. Each can turn their order emails on or off.

What can customers not do?

They cannot pay online — Supligo takes no payments — and they cannot add their own colleagues or change their delivery addresses; you do that for them. There are no standing orders yet: their usual order is one tap instead.

Can I stop taking online orders for a while?

Yes. Close your ordering page and it says you are not taking orders online. Put a single customer on hold and they can no longer order — and they no longer count toward your plan.
