Orders
- Change or cancel an orderWhat you can change and until when, how to cancel, and what to do once an order is packed, on a truck or delivered.
- Confirm an orderCheck what came in, then confirm it so the customer knows it is coming and the warehouse can pack it.
- Say which sales tax you collectSupligo takes no order until you say which sales tax you are registered for. It is asked in setup, under Address and region.
- Take an order from a phone call or messagePaste a screenshot or type what the customer said. Supligo finds the customer and reads it into order lines for you to check.
Deliveries
- Drive a delivery runFor drivers: start your truck, deliver each stop window by window, and close the run — in the Supligo app or the phone's browser.
- Pack and weigh an orderCount every line, weigh what is sold by weight, and mark it packed. The customer pays for what you enter here.
- Put packed orders on a truckChoose the truck for each packed order, and it is on that truck's run. Pickups and couriers are marked delivered from the order.
- Set your delivery days, times and areasChoose the days your trucks go out and the last call for orders, then add delivery windows and the places each one covers.
Order summaries
- Fix a wrong weight or priceHow weights and prices reach the order summary, what you can change before delivery, and how to credit a mistake after it.
- See who owes you and record a paymentEach customer pays on their own terms — Net 30 unless you set otherwise. Money owed shows who owes what, and you record what they pay you.

- Invite a customer to order onlineEach person at a customer gets their own link to your storefront, and orders at that customer's prices.

- Take orders from your own websitePut your storefront's link on your website's Order button, paste a ready-made button, or print its QR code. A new business opens its account there and orders.
Team & sign-in
- Add someone to your teamGive each person a role and a way to sign in: a 4-digit PIN on a shared device, or their own email.
- Reset a PIN or turn off someone's accessA forgotten or locked PIN, a change of role, or someone who has left.
- Set up a shared phone or computer for your teamThe team login lets the warehouse and drivers sign in with their name and PIN on a device that stays at work.
Your plan
- Change your plan or card, or fix a failed paymentThe owner changes the plan in Settings, Plan and billing: a bigger plan once it is paid, a smaller one from the next renewal. The card and invoices are there too.
- Start your free trial and choose a planEvery plan does everything Supligo does; choose by how many customers order from you. The first 30 days are free.
- What happens when you reach your plan's limitsCustomers who order are a hard limit; AI reading falls back gently. Going over never costs extra.
