The one thing that changes between plans
How many of your customers can order. Everything else — staff, devices, products, trucks — is unlimited on every plan.
A customer counts when they can order from you. Customers you have put on hold do not count, and neither does anyone on your team. Starter ($249 a month) is for up to 50 customers, Growth ($449) for up to 150, and Pro ($949) has no limit.
When you reach your plan’s limit, the next customer can be added after you move up a plan or put a customer you no longer serve on hold. Nothing you already have stops working.
Questions about pricing
How does the free trial work?
You choose a plan and add a card, and the first 30 days are free. You are charged only when the trial ends, and we email you before it does. Cancel any time before then and you pay nothing.
Do my customers pay anything?
No. Your ordering page is free for every customer, and they never need an account with anyone but you.
Is there a setup fee or a contract?
No setup fee and no contract. Pay month to month, or yearly for two months free. You can change plans or cancel at any time from your billing page.
Do you charge per user or per order?
Neither. Add your whole team — office, warehouse, drivers — on any plan, and take as many orders as you get. We never take a commission on your sales.
Is tax included in the price?
No. Prices exclude tax; any sales tax due on the subscription is added at checkout.
Which currency am I charged in?
Your country’s. A business in the United States pays in US dollars, and a business in Canada in its own dollars.
What help do I get setting up?
On Starter you import your products and customers yourself, with help in the app and by email. On Growth we import them with you on a video call, and on Pro we import them for you and train your team. Who we are.
