From the dock to the last stop
Load each order on the right truck
Loading an order puts it on that truck’s run for the day, as its next stop. A truck can go out more than once a day, and every order shows whether it is loaded.
- Trucks with their delivery areas, departure times and temperature
- A truck suggested for each order by where it is going
- A chilled or frozen order flagged when no truck can keep it cold

Drivers see their run on their phone
Each driver signs in on a shared or personal phone with their name and a four-digit PIN. They see one stop at a time, with the customer’s phone and any key-drop instructions.
- Nothing to install: the run opens in the phone’s browser
- A quick vehicle check before leaving — fuel, body, and the temperature for cold trucks
- Directions open in Apple Maps or Google Maps
What happens at the door, recorded
Delivered, and who took it
The driver slides to mark it delivered, and can note the name of who received it.
Refused items, with a photo
Each line accepted, part-accepted or refused — damaged, quality or short — with a photo.
When it can’t be delivered
Closed, no access, nobody there, wrong address: the order comes back, nothing is charged, and the customer is told.
An arrival time customers can use
The “on its way” email says when to expect it — worked out from your own drivers’ pace, never earlier than the customer’s time slot.
An order summary from the delivery
Built from what was actually handed over, and linked from the delivered email.
Cold chain, on the record
Chilled and frozen trucks record their temperature in the check before each run.
Questions about delivery
Does Supligo plan the best route?
Not automatically. Stops are driven in the order they were loaded, which most small distributors already plan by area. Route optimization is not part of Supligo today.
Do drivers need the Supligo app?
No. Drivers use their run in any phone browser. They sign in with your company’s team access and their own PIN — no email address needed.
Can customers track the truck live?
There is no live map. Customers are emailed when the order leaves — with the stop number and an expected arrival time — and again when it is delivered.
Can a customer pick up an order instead?
Yes. A packed order can be handed over without a truck, for will-call or a courier, and Supligo records who collected it.
Do drivers see prices?
No. Drivers see their runs and stops — never prices or totals.
