List price (owners and admins):
1. On the web, open Products and click the product. On the phone, open the product and tap Edit price and pack.
2. Change the price and save.
New orders use the new price. Orders already taken keep the price they were taken at.
One customer's own price (owners, admins and sales):
1. Open Customers and the customer.
2. On the web, under Their prices, press Set a price, find the product and enter their price. On the phone, use A price of their own under Prices.
A discount (Give a discount on the web, Discount on the phone) takes a percentage off the list price of everything without a price of its own. Either applies from their next order.
Out of something? On the product, set Availability:
Available: customers can order it.
Limited: orders for it are flagged for a look before you confirm.
Paused: not offered to customers.
