Confirm an order

Check what came in, then confirm it so the customer knows it is coming and the warehouse can pack it.

Every new order, placed online or taken by your team, starts in To confirm. Confirming is your promise to deliver: everyone at the customer who gets order emails is told what is coming, when, and what it costs (an estimate while anything is sold by weight).

1. Open Orders and choose To confirm.

2. An order with nothing to check has a Confirm button right in the list, with a few seconds to Undo. Tick several to confirm them together. An order with something to check shows Check instead.

3. Open the order. Its checks are listed above the lines, for example a paused or limited product, a product with no price, an order under the customer's minimum, a delivery day other than the one they asked for, or a day you are closed.

4. Fix what you can with Change, then press Confirm order. If a check is still open, Supligo asks first, and Confirm anyway records in the order's History what was open.

On the phone, open the order from Orders and press Confirm at the bottom of the screen.

A confirmed order moves to To pack.

Still stuck? Signed in to Supligo, open Help: ask your question and get an answer in seconds, or talk to a person.
