Sign in with your name and PIN on a team phone, in the Supligo app or in the phone's browser (Team sign-in). You open on Trucks.
1. Tap your truck — marked Yours, or the run the office gave you — and Slide to start. Each customer is told their order is on its way. Not your truck? Give it back returns a run the office gave you. A truck someone else is driving can be taken with Take it over.
2. Your stops are grouped by delivery window, such as 06:00–09:00, marked Deliver now, Up next, Later or Running late; stops with no window are under Any time. Each stop has Navigate and Call.
3. At the door, press Arrived. Text and Call reach the customer's contact.
4. Something short, refused or damaged? Tap the line, set what they took, choose why — Damaged, Turned down or Not on the truck — and take the photo: the line cannot be saved without it. The customer pays only for what they take.
5. Fill in Who took it? if you like, then Slide when delivered. The office sees it, and the order summary goes out.
6. Money at the door: cash on delivery shows Collect and the amount — record what you are handed (Cash, Cheque, Card or E-transfer). A customer on account shows their terms and when it is due, with nothing to collect today; if they pay anyway, press They paid now.
7. Can't deliver? Press it and choose what happened: Closed, Couldn't get in, Refused at the door, No one to take it, Wrong address or Something else. The order goes back to the office and nothing is charged.
When every stop is done, press Close the run and type the Cash in the bag (leave it empty if you took no cash). If it does not match what was recorded, add a Note for the office.
In the phone's browser it is the same run, with nothing to install: Runs to take lists yours; press Take this run, then Slide to depart. Give this run back returns it, and Close the run ends it.
