Confirmed orders wait in Orders under To pack. The warehouse packs them on the phone, in Pack.
On the phone, tap the order in Pack, or open it from Orders and press Pack and weigh. An order with nothing to weigh can be packed in one go: Pack, then Packed as ordered.
1. Under To pick, press Picked on each line that went in as ordered. Tap a line to set how many Went in, or press Short on this line and say why.
2. Products sold by weight are weighed at the end, under Final weighing. Tap each one, read the scale and type the weight. It shows about what it should weigh.
3. Press Load onto a truck. That marks the order packed, and you choose its truck.
On the web, owners, admins and operations pack from Orders: press Pack and weigh (or Pack) on the order's row, or Pack order on the order. Fill in Packed and the weight for each line, and press Mark packed. Orders with nothing to weigh can be ticked and packed together with Packed as ordered.
Supligo will not mark an order packed until every line has a count and every weighed line has a weight above zero. A weight more than a quarter away from the usual, or more pieces than were ordered, is asked about before it is accepted.
What you enter is what the customer pays: a short line for what went in, a weighed line for its weight. If a line is short, replaced, or weighs more than 10% off the estimate, the customer is emailed before the truck leaves.
Next, the order goes on a truck.
