What happens when you reach your plan's limits

Customers who order are a hard limit; AI reading falls back gently. Going over never costs extra.

Settings, Plan and billing on the web shows what you have used: Customers who order, and Supligo AI reads this period.

Customers who order is a hard limit. When it is full, adding or importing another customer, taking one off hold or bringing one back from Archived is refused with the reason. To make room, the owner moves to a larger plan (on the web, in Plan and billing), or put a customer who no longer orders On hold or archive them (the customer, then Edit). Customers you already have keep ordering, and every delivery carries on.

Supligo AI reads: each message, screenshot, photo or PDF Supligo AI reads into an order counts, whether or not it becomes one — and so does a list a customer types on your ordering page, a price list or customer list it reads in, and a product it sorts into a category. Past the month's allowance, plus a little leeway, typed and pasted orders are read by Supligo's standard reader instead: they still arrive, but expect more lines to check. Photos and PDFs wait for the next period, and a spreadsheet can always be brought in.

Emails to your customers and your team are not counted against your plan; news goes out at most three times a day. Use starts again at the beginning of each billing period, and nothing extra is ever charged.
