Deliveries

Set your delivery days, times and areas

Choose the days your trucks go out and the last call for orders, then add delivery windows and the places each one covers.

Owners and admins set this on the web, in Settings, Delivery. Setup asks the same in its last step, Delivery basics.

Delivery basics are what a new customer starts with. Each customer can differ later.

1. Delivery days: the days your trucks go out. None chosen means any day.

2. Last call for orders: orders for a delivery close the day before it, at this time. Leave it empty for no last call.

3. Delivery fee (0 for free delivery) and Minimum order (0 for no minimum). Press Save.

Delivery windows are when in the day you deliver. With none, an order is for the day.

1. Under Delivery windows, press Add a window.

2. Set From and To, for example 09:00 and 12:00.

3. Under Days, choose the days it runs. None chosen means every delivery day.

4. Under Places it covers, type a city or the start of a postal code and press Add. A window with no places covers everywhere else.

5. Press Add the window. It is saved at once. Two windows that overlap are refused.

A customer's delivery address decides what they are offered. An address in a place a window names gets only the windows that name it. Any other address gets the windows with no places.

To check, type a city or a postal code under Who sees what: it shows the days and times a customer there is offered.

A day you are closed, such as a holiday, goes under Closed days. It is never offered as a delivery day.
