Owners and admins set the team login in Team: under Team login, choose a Company ID and a password, and press Save team login. The password is not shown again, so share it with your team.
On a device where nobody is signed in:
1. In the Supligo app, tap Team sign-in. In a browser, open Supligo's sign-in page and choose Team sign-in.
2. Enter the Company ID and the password, name the device if you like so you know it later, and press Continue. This is done once per device.
3. From then on it shows Who's working? Each person taps their name and enters their PIN.
On your own device, while signed in: on the web, Team, then Use this computer for the team under Phones and computers. In the phone app, Menu, Use as a team phone, Set up this phone, then Sign out and hand over.
When someone finishes, they press Switch person: in the account menu on the web, or in Menu on the phone. A shared phone also locks itself after 3 minutes untouched.
Drivers can work the whole day in the phone's browser, with nothing to install.
Under Phones and computers, Remove signs out everyone on that device. A new password stops the old one from setting up more devices; devices already set up keep working. A company access code given out before the team login still works: choose I have an access code on Team sign-in.
