The company's owner chooses the plan, in Supligo on the web. The phone app has no plan or payment screens.
1. Until a plan is chosen, Supligo on the web opens on Choose your plan. After that the plan is in Settings, under Plan and billing.
2. Choose Monthly, or Yearly — two months free.
3. Press Start 30 days free on the plan you want.
4. Stripe takes your card on its own secure page. Nothing is charged during the trial, and Supligo never sees your card.
The plans differ only in size. Starter: up to 50 customers who order and 750 Supligo AI reads a month. Growth: up to 150 customers and 2,500 reads. Pro: no customer limit and 6,000 reads. Each plan is priced in your country's currency (Canadian dollars, US dollars or pounds), shown before you choose, and excludes tax. Staff, devices, products and trucks are never limited.
When the trial ends, your card is charged for the plan you chose. Supligo emails you three days before. To change plans, or to cancel and pay nothing, use Plan and billing before then.
Supligo is open to companies based in Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom. Companies based in Quebec, Saskatchewan or Manitoba cannot start a plan yet; sign-up shows those provinces as not yet open. A company based elsewhere can still sell and deliver to customers there.
If Plan and billing says Payments aren't set up here yet, there is nothing to choose or pay, and nothing is limited.
