These terms apply when you order from a supplier through its Supligo storefront — its ordering page or app. They are between you and Supligo Inc. (“Supligo”). The supplier is the business you order from.
1. Your contract is with the supplier
Supligo provides the storefront for the supplier. It does not sell you anything. Every order is between you and the supplier: the supplier sets the products, prices, taxes, delivery days and minimums, accepts or declines your order, delivers it, and is responsible for the goods. The supplier’s own terms of sale, if it has any, apply to your purchase.
Questions about an order, a delivery, the goods or what you owe go to the supplier.
2. Who may order
The storefront is for businesses. You confirm that you order for a business and may do so for it. You are responsible for what is ordered with your sign-in.
3. Orders, weights and prices
An order you place is a request to the supplier until the supplier confirms it. The supplier may change or decline it — for example when something is out of stock — and tells you when it does.
Products sold by weight are charged on what the supplier weighs: the total shown when you order is an estimate, and the final amount is set when your order is packed. The order summary you receive shows what was delivered and what it came to; it is not an invoice.
4. Paying
You pay the supplier, never Supligo. Supligo takes no payments and holds no money. How and when you pay is between you and the supplier.
5. Using the storefront
Do not misuse the storefront: do not try to reach another business’s orders or data, interfere with it, place orders you do not mean, or use it unlawfully. Our Acceptable Use Policy applies.
6. Your information
The supplier decides how the information about you and your orders is used; Supligo handles it for the supplier. Our Privacy Policy explains how.
7. Supligo's responsibility
The storefront is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, Supligo is not liable for the goods, their delivery, their price or anything else the supplier does or does not do, and Supligo’s total liability to you is limited to CA$100. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
8. Law, and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada and the federal laws of Canadathat apply there. We may change them; the version in force when you place an order applies to that order. Questions: support@supligo.com.
